The menu changes every week. Our fish are all air-shipped from the Toyosu Market in Japan to Miami. We receive fresh fish twice a week. The chef customizes different menus based on the fresh fish he receives. Many of the fish are ones you haven’t tried before and are not on the à la carte menu because they are limited. The chef pairs them with different flavors and sake.
